Sayvlet is designed to handle posts, Rooms, materials, Production Notes, and AI-assisted workflows inside authenticated workspaces. We separate internal team operations from fan-facing communication and prioritize a structure where only the right members can access the right information.
Sayvlet workspaces are accessible only to authenticated users. Within each workspace, access is managed according to member roles, and teams are encouraged to grant only the permissions required for each member's responsibilities.
Sayvlet separates Team Workspace, for internal operations, from Fan Workspace, for fan-facing community activity. Team Workspace is designed for planning, material management, announcement preparation, Rooms discussions, and Production Notes before work becomes public. Fan Workspace is designed for fan relationships and community operations, without mixing private team workflow context into fan-facing spaces.
Posts, Rooms, materials, and internal context inside Team Workspace are not automatically published to the public web. Unless a team explicitly chooses external sharing or publication, this information is treated as workspace member-facing content.
Uploaded images, documents, audio, and other materials are treated as private materials stored and referenced through authorized product flows, not as public marketing assets. Access to materials is controlled based on workspace membership, member roles, and the product context in which the material is used.
Sayvlet AI Teammate uses context provided by the team inside the workspace to support planning, announcements, post organization, and material use. AI assistance is intended to support team work. It should not be used as a place to store or share passwords, payment information, authentication credentials, secrets, or highly sensitive personal information.
Sayvlet's public marketing site is hosted at sayvlet.com, while the authenticated product is hosted at app.sayvlet.com. This separation helps distinguish the public website experience from authenticated workspace activity.
