These Terms of Use set the conditions for using Sayvlet's public marketing site (the "Site"). The Site provides Sayvlet product information, pricing, security and legal information, contact options, and waitlist registration. Separate application terms of use, privacy policies, billing terms, community guidelines, or other policies may apply to the Sayvlet application, accounts, workspaces, billing, team operations, fan community features, and other product features.
Site use
Users may use the Site for ordinary browsing, reviewing information, contacting Sayvlet, waitlist registration, and other purposes permitted by Sayvlet. Users must not engage in the following acts. ・Interfering with Site operation ・Unauthorized access, vulnerability testing, scraping, excessive requests, or other acts that place unreasonable load on the Site ・Infringing the rights, reputation, or interests of Sayvlet or third parties ・Violating laws, public order and morals, or these Terms ・Other acts Sayvlet deems inappropriate
Intellectual property
Rights to the Sayvlet name, logo, brand, text, images, layout, product materials, screen designs, and other Site content belong to Sayvlet or the rightful owners. Users must not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or commercially use these materials beyond ordinary browsing purposes without permission.
Product information, pricing, and availability
Product information, features, pricing, planned offerings, roadmaps, supported regions, terms of use, and other content posted on the Site may change without notice. Information on the Site does not guarantee future availability, implementation of specific features, maintenance of pricing, or continued availability.
